Nicolas Weber is Swiss, has an MBA from IMD Business School and a Master in Information Systems from the University of Geneva. He started his career in 1997 at the World Economic Forum in Geneva as Manager for New Media. In 2000, he founded Symplon AG a VC financed Internet start-up based in Munich. Later in 2002 he joined PaceBlade Europe Inc as President, one of the first Tablet PC Company. Nicolas joined the Pharmaceutical Industry with Eli Lilly in 2006 as Innovation Manager in France and led Lilly to the introduction of a new marketing mix as well as Electronic Detail Aids for the entire sales force.
