Robin Hunicke is a game designer (MySims, Wii - October '07) and game researcher (PhD, AI & Games - June '08). A steering member of the IGDA's Education Committee since its inception in 2000, she also co-organizes the Game Design and Tuning Workshop (2001), and the Experimental Gamplay Workshop (2002) - both held annually at the Game Developer's Conference in San Francisco. She is a passionate advocate of women, student and independent developers.
