Founded an international knowledge sharing consultancy in 2007 offering expertise, coaching and training on ways of supporting people to be innovative and effective in meeting their goals. I focus on the integration of Web-based tools for on-line collaboration, such as wikis and social network sites, with the adoption of new behaviours. Previous jobs have included Director of Knowledge Management at the British Council, a senior management position at the European Commission, membership of the European Task Force on Educational Multimedia in the 1990s, and Managing Editor of a European R&D Information Service.
