Information on registrations

• The money you pay for your ticket will be used to cover the event's costs, and to propose free or discounted tickets to other categories of participants like students. For information on our pricing policy, please click here.
• Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. You will receive an email containing your electronic ticket and an invoice directly after payment.
• If you need a visa to visit Switzerland, we will send you an invitation letter once your payment has been received, and refund you if your visa application is refused (minus a fee of CHF 50).
• Non-profit organization tickets buyers need to have a valid email address from a not for profit organization.

• Normal, super and not for profit organization tickets: choose from the list, pay with credit card or bank transfer, and print your pass directly at home!
• Super Ticket: this ticket allows you to join the speakers activities, namely the speakers' dinner, the speakers' cocktail and the post-conference brunch.
• Value Exchange ticket: if you need a discount on the entry price, do something for the conference and we will offer you a price reduction in exchange » learn more
• Press: we keep a number of passes for the press. » learn more.
• Western Switzerland Startups: we partner with the Alp ICT cluster, composed of several Swiss entrepreneurship organizations, to offer discounted conference tickets to startups. We also give them the possibility to present their products and services at a venture night. » learn more.
• Volunteer: join the team, help us make the event run smoothly, and see some of the talks you do not want to miss! » learn more
• Students: we partner with academic institutions (EPFL, ENSCI, IMD, CERN, etc) to facilitate access to the conference for students and researchers. If your school is not yet a partner and should be, contact us and we will assist you in setting up a partnership.We organize a contest where 25 students get free tickets to attend the conference. The student passes have now been attributed, thanks to those who participated!
